This project comprised the removal of an outdated rear extension and the construction of a striking new rear addition featuring a vaulted pitched roof design, together with a complete refurbishment of the existing property. The objective was to transform the home into a modern, spacious, and functional living environment tailored to contemporary family life. 

The new extension significantly increased the ground floor living space, creating a bright open-plan arrangement that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. Extensive glazing, including large sliding doors and strategically positioned roof windows, maximises natural daylight and strengthens the connection between the interior and the garden. The vaulted roof structure enhances the sense of scale and creates a distinctive architectural feature within the living space. 

As part of the renovation works, the entire property underwent extensive upgrading, including new finishes, bespoke carpentry, modern lighting installations, and decorative improvements throughout. High-quality materials were carefully selected to achieve a sophisticated yet practical interior, balancing durability with contemporary aesthetics. 

The redesigned layout improves circulation and functionality across the home, while consistent flooring finishes and coordinated detailing create a unified appearance between the original house and the newly constructed extension. Custom storage solutions, premium fixtures, and carefully planned lighting schemes contribute to both comfort and visual appeal.
